Dinner and Games

-After Winter left the trailer to go and invite his friends over Hannah went to work. She knocked on Seraphim and Donovan's door, yelling through that they were having dinner guests tonight, and they were more than welcome to join them. She also let them know she was going to busy in the kitchen for a few hours. When Cris and David actually came in she announced to them as well that they would have guests, who would possibly be crashing out in the living room.

Some how, some way, it looked like Hannah was meant to be in the kitchen. Not in some macho, sexist way, but that she actually looked at home there. She had her little radio on the counter, blaring the music unless someone told her to turn it down. She had every kind of cooking appliance possible out, along with a variety of meats, pastas, and vegetables. She intended on making a bit of everything so if someone didn't like one thing, there would be something else for them.

That's how her housemates would find her, dancing around the kitchen, covered in spices, flour and cornmeal, the happiest girl in the world. When Ezra got back from his patrol, Hannah purred at him and filled him in. Winter was bringing at least two of his friends, maybe four. Hannah was anticipating meeting the younger ones of this new pack, especially if they were like Winter. She just hoped David wouldn't go over the top with things. She asked Ezra to straighten up the living room if he would be so kind, and if Seraphim wanted to she would be happy to let her help in the kitchen. The food was almost ready, and 7 o clock was fast approaching. All that they needed now was their guests.-

-Seraphim had spent the afternoon with Donovan and now while Donovan took his shower she slipped out dressed in a simple pair of jeans and a Tshirt. She moved into the kitchen and began lending Hannah a hand. Lately Seraphim had seemed much more relaxed. It was hard to tell exactly what had relaxed her but something seemed to ease relaxed her. Course as they cooked that tshirt slid down one shoulder just a touch a few times and Hannah would notice some rather nasty bite marks. They were healing but they seemed rather strange since the girl shouldn't be hurt at all ... -

Donovan agreed a bit grudgingly to come ... what with him and David not talking but I told him he better or he was sleeping on the couch ... I hope they patch things up ...

-A few moments later Cris and David slipped through the doors. David had his arm wrapped around the older boy easily before he bounded up ahead a bit brushing aside some of that soft brown hair. He moved into the kitchen leaning on one of the counters inhaling deeply ... -

Smells good ...

-Seraphim smacked his hand away ... -

Don't touch!

-David stuck his tongue out and tugged Cris into the living room so they could curl up in front of the tv until everyone else arrived. He was anxious about Donovan being there but maybe it was time to bury the hatchet so to speak. They couldn't continue to just pretend the other one didn't exist. He sighed burying a bit into Cris as the older boy flipped through the channels. He had no idea how he was going to broach the subject but really he was more excited about Winter and Saint arriving .... -



-Winter, Saint, and Mabs arrived on cue. Winter looking the most relaxed of the bunch while Saint looked faintly like he was contemplating going back home any moment. David was his biggest reason. The boy was beyond fucking gay and well that didn't exactly make Saint comfortable. He smiled a bit across at the others as they knocked and than slipped within Saint bringing up the rear. David had pushed up from the couch and bounded in beaming ...-

Hey Winter ... Saint ... you gotta be Mabs ... come on ...

-David reached out tugging Winter in closer knowing the others would follow. He smoothed his hair out a bit beaming across at Cris happily having just obviously made a new best friend. He was happy to have someone his age to hang around. The others were a bit older and well he liked Winter a lot ... -

Look Cris .. don't you love his hair .. ain't it cute ...

-He smiled enjoying basically trying to mold Winter in mini-David .... as if that's what the pack needed ... -

~Cris smirked as David was smacked and told not to touch. He pulled the boy into him as they went to the sofa. When Winter, Saint and Mabs appeared, Cris pushed up and moved in closer even as the boy bound over to them. He slipped in behind David. He cocked his head at the three younger ones.~

I'm Cris... come on in...

~He motioned to then to come in. He flashed them a smile and then pulled David back a little, to give them room. He looked Winter over with the shorter hair and the new clothes. Well he gave a smile to the blonde.~

You look good Winter...

~Winter smiled at Cris' remarks and then slipped in to the room. He glanced at Saint and then at Mab before looking over at Hannah and Sera in the Kitchen.~

Hey Hannah...

~When she'd look at him, she'd see his hair had been cut and now he was wearing clothes that were obviously hand picked by David. Hell, even his little friend Saint was dressed well. He gave her a smile and then moved into the den and dropped down on the sofa. The TV was huge, probably one of the largest that Mab and Saint would have ever seen. Winter looked over at Saint and Mab and waited for them to sit. ~



~Ezra was sitting as well and he looked over at the three. They were all so young. He nodded with a smile.~

Hey.. I'm Ezra...

~He looked over at Winter and then at David.~

Seems like David's already got his hooks in ya, huh? Be careful... he can be a real pain in the ass.

~He was teasing David though, ribbing him as the boy liked to rib him just as well.~

-Hannah wanted to ask about the bite marks on Sera's shoulder, but she figured she should probably let it drop. The girl didn't seem bothered by them, and well Hannah had more pressing matters with the food. She frowned a little about Donovan.-

You would think they'd have talked by now. I hope it won't be too awkward.

-The food was close to being done, a few things here and there that needed to be combined, bread in the oven browning. Then she heard the knock at the door and she practically squeeled. She walked into the living room, to see Winter, looking very different than he had before. She cocked an eyebrow looking perplexed, but then looked over at David and shook her head. She moved over to Winter, giving him a squish without touching him with her hands, and trying not to get any of the kitchen mess on his new clothes.-

I'm so glad you came!

-She leaned in whispering in his ear, teasing.-

Please, please, don't let David rub off on you too much....

-She looked over to his friends, and gave a little wave.-

Hey nice to meet you all. Food will be done very very shortly.

-And at that she bound back into the kitchen, hair flopping on top of her head as she moved.-



-Mab was a little surprised that Winter had invited her along, truth be told. But here she was walking along side him as Saint trailed behind them. She felt a bit awkward, what with Winter and Saint's newer clothing, and here she was in a tattered t-shirt and ratty cargo shorts. Of course, it had never bothered her before about not having nice clothes, but then again no one in the pack except for some of the older wolves ever really got new clothes. When the door opened and she was face to face with David, her large blue green eyes almost bugged out of her head. She blinked as he pulled Winter into the house, and tentatively stepped in, only nodding at David when he said her name. It was only in that moment she looked nervous though, then she looked around.

Mab had a strange confidence about her, almost like an arrogance. When she had moved all the way into the room, the others would noticed the scars across her face, and the other scars peaking from under the edges of her sleeves and collar. When she moved, she moved like a predator. She didn't look like her 14 years, she looked much older in just how she carried herself. She smiled and gave Hannah a little wave back. She cast her eyes over Ezra, cocking her head, curious about him, then turned her eyes back to Cris and David. Such an odd pair, and then thats when her eyes moved to Saint and Winter. She had promised Winter she'd give it another go, and so she was. When Saint finally sat down, she slipped into his lap, an arm around his waist. She wasn't openly displaying this affection to hurt Winter, no she was doing it to let him know that she was keeping her word. She also hoped her being that close to Saint would calm the boy down. She smirked up at Winter, and spoke to him.-

So this is the one who gave you the make over. You're prettier than I am now.

-She turned her eyes back to David, giving him a grin, which oddly twisted and distorted her face. She was fucking creepy when she looked like that, something in her seeing if she could scare the little flamboyant puppy.-



-Donovan was sitting on the edge of the bed. He had heard all the commotion in the front room, and well he was trying to avoid it. Being social at the barbecues was easier than the closed space of this trailer. He ran a towel through his hair, it spiking up again, and finally he exited the bedroom. He was wearing a pair of nice jeans, that fell off his hips a bit, but that was it. He leaned against the corner of the hallway leading into the room, looking over their guests. They were young, very young, but he still didn't trust them. Of course these new wolves would see the huge scar on Donovan's side that looked like something had taken a chunk out of him, and his arms had a few places that had stitches in them that looked almost healed.

Those pale blues looked over Winter for a moment, and his brow furrowed. Donovan and David were obviously brothers, David getting the softer features in the family, more of the beauty. Not that Donovan wasn't a looker himself, his was more edged though, more handsome than pretty. He sighed, and moved through the room, obviously heading towards the kitchen before he got pulled into something.-

Hey Ez, Hey Cris.... hi new people..

-He stopped in front of Winter, looking down at him a moment.-

A warning kid, you give my brother an inch, and he'll take a mile. Be careful or you might end up in a dress by the end of the week.

-Donovan smirked, casting his eyes back at David. That anger was still there, but those words, those were a classic Donovan tease. He went on into the kitchen, wrapping his arms around Seraphim, growling into neck.-

Where can I help?

-Saint had slipped in and smiled across at Cris looking just a little bit nervous. He didn't seem quiet in his element for multiple reasons. The new wolves. Mabs. David. Mostly David. The boy was so fucking gay. What really bothered Saint was how comfortable the boy was with himself. He was who he was and he seemed more than happy with that. He finally did give an affectionate little smile at how everyone admired how stunning Winter looked. He felt that bit of pride bloom inside of him. He wished he had the permission and courage to just tug the boy in close and nuzzle into him and tell them he belonged to him. Instead they sat down and there suddenly was Mabs sitting on his lap. He looked faintly surprised at her sudden show of affection and after the little fight they'd had he didn't know where they stood but obviously she had to think they were giving it another good ... -

-He leaned back in his seat and smiled a little bit up at her gently tho somewhat strained. His eyes danced to Winter hoping the boy wouldn't freak out or anything. They had to be discreet in public even here and maybe this would make David think he wasn't gay and he wouldn't spread that rumor he'd caught him and Winter in a rather delicate position. He let one hand wrap around her waist easily. Before he could contemplated if Winter was going to hit him or not David stole the spotlight once more... -



-David had watched Mabs just sit in Saint's lap and it seemed a bit odd to him. He should be tugging Winter in his lap but than the twin's words hit him. They weren't allowed to be that way. He wished he could just put them at ease. No such rules existed here but for once David kept his mouth shut. His eyes had danced to Winter for a second as he raised a brow wondering if the boy would maybe push the girl off and reclaim his spot ... -

Baby ... I think Ezra is jealous I haven't shown him as much attention .. you know any time your bed is a little cold ... like when you get tired of girls ... cause god knows .. I don't see the interest ... me and Cris always got room for you ... don't we baby ...

-David had smirked from ear to ear looking back at Cris as he slipped in closer to Ezra and dropped right beside him on the couch wrapping his arms around the boy's neck kissing his cheek. He knew the reaction he'd get from that and it made him smirk. It only served the boy right in his eyes. Don't poke the bear if you don't want the trouble. He pulled back knowing Ezra would hit him. He knew Cris would get a kick out of it and he was crawling into the boy's lap once more leaning happily into him. He was like a cat purring in that moment and Cris was his owner though sometimes it was hard to say who owned who ... David smiled across at Mabs as she looked Winter over and gave him the compliment .. -

Sweetie, he was always prettier ... I mean no offense ... you girls are fine and all .. I just don't see ... it ... boys are just better ...

-David grinned a little bit and it was obviously just his way. He was smiling and it was hard not to like the boy. Than Donovan slipped in and David obviously tensed a bit against Cris. He didn't like the fight between them but he refused to apologize for having a little fun on Halloween. He wanted to forget about what happened in their childhood and really the tension between them had been building since Donovan had pinned the boy to the couch. He pushed up easily from Cris and moved into the kitchen crossing his arms a bit stubbornly ... -

You got something to say to me Donny?...

-Seraphim had leaned back into Donovan shaking her head but smiling until she heard David's voice. She knew there'd be trouble and she wished he'd be quiet. She turned when Donovan turned slipping in between the two brothers not wanting to have a fight erupt when Hannah had worked so hard on a nice meal. She frowned staring across at David ... -

Go sit down David ... you two behave ... there's company ...

-David never took his eyes off his brother almost challenging him ...-

~Winter was smiling a little that everyone was saying how good he looked. Even when Ezra warned him about David, he just smirked. But then Mab was sitting in Saint's lap and the boys eyes flashed. He looked away for a moment and then she made that comment and Saint could see the anger roll through the boy as his eyes snapped back to her. The catty comment was right there on his lips, But David was stealing the show again and fixing her little red wagon with his own catty little comment. Winter wanted to hug the boy for saying it. He slipped away from Saint and Mab, moving in to the chair on the other side of Ezra.~

~He wanted to go over and push Mab off Saint's lap, but he couldn't. They were suppose to be keeping this quiet after all. But fuck all if it didn't bother Winter. He wanted so badly to just grab her and slam her into the ground and crawl into Saint's lap. Like the boy had said "to make out like horny rabbits." He envied how Cris and David seemed so easy with one another. He envied how they could just have this and it was fine. Hell even their alpha was with a boy and noone seemed to care. His eyes shot to Saint's before looking away again. This was to fucked up. All he wanted was Saint and he didn't know if he'd ever have him, not fully.~



~Ezra just sat there and then he grabbed David in a head lock and messed up his hair before pushing him off.~

I don't think it's jealousy, David... I know what I want.. and it's girls.. what's between your legs doesn't interest me...

~He smirked laughing because he knew that David would be pissed that his hair was all messed up. But then Donovan was in the room and the tension was palpable. Ezra frowned. He didn't want the feuding brothers ruining anything that Hannah had planned. He watched as Cris followed and both Sera and Cris tried to pull the brothers apart before anything really got out of hand.~

~Winter blinked at David's brother as he spoke to him and Winter's brow knit. He looked to David who was pushing up and following Donovan. Feeling the tension, Winter's brow arched and he frowned. He didn't like this, them fighting. He was watching as they went into the kitchen and Cris followed David. Winter pushed up, cocking his head to get a better look wondering if maybe they should leave.~



~Cris' arm wrapped around David and he pulled the boy back some as Seraphim demanded them to behave. Cris looked at Donovan and then pulled into David.~

Come on baby... it's okay.. leave it... let's go entertain the kids...

~He was pulling David back into the den and looking over at the kids. Ezra cleared his throat and then he spoke up to Saint, Mab and Winter.~

Hey... so.. you guys wanna play some Rock Band... it's fucking awesome...

~He pulled up and turned on the TV as he set up the game, handing the mike to Mab and the guitar to Winter~

Saint.. you're on drums...

-Donovan was about to disagree with Seraphim when she was shaking her head no, surely their was something he could do to help out, but then David was in the kitchen and Donovan just wanted to grab him and throw him to the floor right then and there. Seraphim moved between them, and then Cris was latching on to David, trying to pull him back into the living room. Donovan just rumbled out a growl for a moment, looking like he was going to blurt out something, possibly an attack. He just ended up shaking his head.-

We'll talk later, and away from our guests if you're so willing David.

-He turned away from him and buried into Seraphim for a moment, before pulling away. He was grabbing plates and silverware from the cabinets and drawers for everyone.-



-Mab wasn't stupid, far from it. She dismissed David's comment, though it put the urge in her to come out with claws ablaze. Winter would recognize that look in her eye when she looked at David after that comment. Then she felt that tension in Saint, looking first up to his face, then to how Winter was acting. Suddenly she didn't want to be here. There was nothing for her here. Saint obviously was a bit unnerved by her affection, they hadnt had a chance to talk since that night, or even be together. instead he had went running back to Winter, leaving her on her own again. She shook her head, and then slipped out of Saint's lap when David followed Donovan into the kitchen. She didn't want to cause a scene.-

I don't think I should be here.

-She looked over at Winter frowning, almost as if asking him why he invited her with a look, and why he seemed so angry at her. She told him she would give Saint another chance, thats what he wanted her to do, but here he was being pissy. She looked back at Saint, frowning. She ran her fingers through her hair. She looked over at Ezra.-

It was nice meeting you, I don't have a good singing voice anyway.

-She walked into the kitchen, as Cris was bringing David out of it, looking to Hannah and Seraphim.-

I'm sorry, I think I should go. Thank you for inviting me, maybe we can get to know each other under other circumstances.

-She then turned, and walked towards the door. She wasn't going to be made a fool, especially in front of people they didn't really know. She was the ratty, scarred up bitch. She felt out of place, and really not wanted.-



-Hannah was putting the finishing touches on everything, when David came in. She chewed on her bottom lip watching him and Donovan worried. She wondered if she had made the right decision in having people over while they were still fighting. But then it seemed the situation was diffused, and Donovan was getting out the plates. She sighed in relief just as Mab turned the corner. She frowned.-

You don't have to go...

-But the girl was already walking to the front door. Hannah closed her eyes for a minute, then looked over to Seraphim.-

Maybe I shouldn't have done this....

-She muttered, but the food was done, and she walked out into the living room to announce it.-

Come on guys, grab a plate and grab what you want while its hot. Rock Band can wait until after dinner. It'll be fun to watch you guys try and play while being all sluggish from stuffing yourselves.

-She was trying to grin, her hands on her hips, trying to be proud of the meal she had prepared. But the tension, oh the tension made her so very uncomfortable.-

-David had stared across at Donovan a bit bullheaded but he decided this was a fight they could have later. Besides Cris had his arms around him and he leaned back into the bigger wolf soothed by his touch and words. He rolled his eyes a bit at the look Donovan was giving him and the look of annoyance had faded somewhat replaced by a faint smirk as he slipped back into the living room .. -

... and I'll be the sexy and slutty groupie!

-David laughed a bit as he fell back on the couch. He was ready to just relax a bit and forget all about it. He could just ignore his brother while he was there but then Mabs was just getting up and leaving for no reason. His brow arched looking a bit confused. He wondered if she got all offended by his comment. He shrugged faintly. It wasn't his fault boys were hotter than girls. Saint though was frowning pausing mid step towards the drums. He sighed and moved after the girl looking at Winter ... -

I'll be right back .. you guys start dinner without me ...

-He smiled a bit apologetically across at Hannah as he pushed the door open to the trailer following Mab. His hand landed on her arm as he spun her around holding her in place a moment before she could run off ... -

What are you doing? Why are you leaving?

-He knew things were a bit tense with all of them there but he wasn't sure what she'd anticipated. For their fight to magically disappear. He sighed tugging her in a bit closer brushing a few strands of hair from that scarred up little face. He knew things were bad but he still considered her a good friend. His hand slipped from her arm slowly unsure what to say. This wasn't exactly the time for them to have this conversation but he couldn't just let her leave and go off by herself ... -

Come on back inside Mabs ... we can all just hang out and relax ... we never get to do this kind of stuff ...

~Winter's brow knit and he sighed as Mab went out and Saint followed. He wanted to just go and scream at her, but then the guilt sort of hit him. It wasn't her fault after all. She'd no clue what was going on between him and Saint, not that he really did either. So it wasn't fair of him to be pissed at Mab for doing what she should be doing. He sighed and shook his head a bit. His eyes flickered up to Hannah who was looking nervous and he pushed up.~

Hey.. I'm sorry... uh... give us a minute... we'll be right back...

~He pushed out the door, stopping when he saw the two hugging. He chewed his lip for a moment and then louped down the steps. He waited for Saint to pull back before he moved in any closer.~

Mab... don't go... come on, I'm sorry... Don't let my bullshit ruin this...

~He moved in a bit closer to Mab, purposefully avoiding Saint.~

Besides, aren't we suppose to get to know them?

~He knew that wasn't fair to bring that bullshit into what was going on between him, her and Saint. His brow arched as he waited. In the back of his head he was praying that she wouldn't cause a big scene out here. There honestly was no telling who was watching them.~



~Ez frowned as the three suddenly all went outside. His brow furrowed as he turned and looked at David and Cris with a shrug. He pushed up from where he was and moved to Hannah. He reached out and pulled her closer, nuzzling into her.~

It's gonna be okay, baby... don't worry...

~His concern for her was written all over his face. Since the night of her shift, he'd felt even more bonded to her. It was odd and often he stayed with her in her room. It wasn't like there was anyone to say they couldn't. And he knew how sensitive she could be, especially when she'd made such an effort. Glancing back at Donovan and Sera, he pulled her closer and kissed her softly.~

They'll work it out.



~Cris watched the three leave and he looked at David with a sigh.~

Wow... we do run people off, don't we?

~He knew that wasn't the case, but he wanted the boy to be happy and not upset about whatever was going on between him and Donovan. He knew the brothers had shit to work out and Cris knew that he couldn't get between them. He'd have liked to shake them both, but he knew he couldn't, it was only make it worse between the brothers. Now, what was going on outside, well, he just hoped that the kids would come back and let everything just chill it.~

-Donovan frowned, standing back in the kitchen a bit gazing into the living room. All three of their guests went outside and for a minute he felt like maybe it was his fault. He walked to the other side of Hannah and looked down at her apologetically.-

I'm sorry Hannah, I didn't mean to cause any trouble.

-He slipped back to Seraphim, pulling her into him and leaning down.-

I'm sorry Sera, I'm an idiot.



-Hannah just stared as all three of her guests exited the trailer. She was dumbfounded how quickly things had cleared out, and well part of her wanted to be really angry. But at least two of them said they would be right back, and she thought Winter was a good kid so it should be fine. At least she hoped. When Ezra pulled into her, she laid her head onto his shoulder sighing a bit. She smiled up at him, her world, and then placed a kiss on his cheek.-

Of course it will be fine. The question now is do we wait for them to come back before eating or go ahead and dig in?

-She was trying to be light, trying to make it seem like everything was ok, and she just smiled up at Donovan when he apologized.-

I don't think it was your fault Donovan, don't be too worried. They'll be back...



-All Mab wanted to do when Saint grabbed her was scream and rage at him. She knew that here and now wasn't the time or the place, but she also wasn't sure that there ever would be a time and place, especially since he didn't really tell her anything.-

I'm leaving because the last thing I want is some flamboyant little boy looking at me like I shouldn't be sitting in your lap, and Winter giving me a look like he wants to fucking murder me.

-Her voice was soft though, almost unemotional. She didn't want to rile him, didn't want him to fly into one of those rages he always did when she tried to get him to talk to her. They didn't need any excessive attention drawn to them. She was pulling away from Saint when Winter moved in close to her. When he apologized, a half smile popped up on her lips.-

Winter, I'll just go, it'll be better that way. You two don't need me around to make it anymore uncomfortable for you.

-Her words were almost a whisper but like Winter she was almost ignoring Saint's presence now. She was focused on what Winter was saying and what she suddenly knew she had to do.-

I was just trying to keep the promise I made to you Winter, but I don't think I can, not after what i just felt in there. He needs to realize I'm not stupid.

-She sighed and she moved closer to Winter, leaning over talking more into his ear.-

Yes, we need to get to know them, but the last thing I want is to see that hurt and bitter look in your eyes again. You just don't get it do you? I just want you to be happy, you deserve it.

-Then Mab did something that would either get her hit, or maybe it would make Winter understand why she had been the way she was. She grabbed him by the shoulders and kissed him. It was rough, but it was still a kiss from a girl. It didn't last long, and before she pulled away to take the brunt of whatever punishment he would set forth on her, she whispered.-

When I told you I wished I had been born male, well the reasons I gave you then wasn't the only reason why.

-She backed up a little bit, looking between the two of them.-

I think I could have been happy being in the middle of you two, but I know its never going to happen. Now, I'll go back in, if you want me there because we have a job to do too, but if you don't I understand.

-David's brow arched when they all left and he pouted a bit staring up at Cris. He was fighting with Donovan and now he wasn't even the center of attention anymore. He sighed staring off a bit irritated but than he shrugged slowly. True to form despite everything the boy refused to let anything take down his mood for long. They'd work it out. He tugged Cris down to him claiming his lips for a moment burying into the boy. He was dreading the talk he was going to have with Donovan but he pushed it aside. He moved up and tugged Cris along with him towards the dining room table smiling across at Hannah and Ezra ... -

Come on let's eat ...

-He sat down next to Cris. Seraphim had whispered into Donovan's ear that it was fine. She smiled tugging him down to the table hoping no other fights would erupt. She helped Hannah pass the food around feeling the bit of tension between the brothers and of course with what was going on outside. Her eyes darted out for a moment before finally she decided to start the conversation up a bit ... -

They are very interesting aren't they ... I met the twins yesterday ...

-David smirked a bit and nodded ... -

The twins are fun aren't they ... Baby have you talked to them yet ...



-Saint had watched Winter slip out. He wanted to tell the boy to go back inside before a fight started between him and Mabs. He wasn't sure how he was going to please them both and keep them happy. He was fast starting to believe there was nothing he could really do and trying to make them both happy was really only irritating them both. He sighed frowning a little bit ... -

Oh for fucks sake Mabs ... David is weird but he's harmless ... that little comment bother you? He's just a kid ...

-Saint watched the two and frowned. He was about to interupt Mabs until she kissed Winter. He stood more than a little shocked. For a moment he just had this look on his life as if he'd just seen a dancing bear on a unicycle stroll on by. He was just fucking dumbstruck. Did she want to fuck Winter? My god he'd never fucking understand women. He looked at Winter waiting for his reaction and than finally he came out of his stupor and slipped in a bit closer hugging Mabs gently. He didn't really know what the fuck else to do. He nuzzled into her neck but it was more wolfish than anything else. His eyes danced to Winter for a moment and he gave him a bit of a "I dunno go with it" look. His fingers gripped Mab's hand gently ... -

We want you to stay ... come on ... remember that night we all had together ... we can have that again Mabs ... you don't need to be a boy for that ... look we'll just talk about it later o.k ... please ...

-He smiled a bit gently and nudged her towards the trailer. He hadn't really a fucking clue what else to do and well Mabs had managed to thoroughly confuse him. He knew she was hurting though and he felt bad. It was a strange situation for all of them and he knew he was at the center of the mess. He wanted to just make everything better and right now he had no idea. Suddenly, he wished Areyn wasn't such a fucking ass. He wished he had his parents or an older brother he could confide in and ask for advice but he had none of those things so he fumbled along easily ... -

Come on .. I'm so hungry I could eat a horse ... it'll be fun ...

~The kiss came as a complete shock to Winter. When she pulled back and whispered in his ear, the look of surprise was priceless. If she'd wanted to make him speechless, well she'd succeeded. Those blue eyes flashed to Saint as the rest of her words settled in around him. He couldn't believe what she was saying. It was Saint that spoke first, Winter's fingers were playing over his lips and he seemed to be somewhere else. Finally he looked up to Mab and stepped in.~

Don't go, Mab... come on... they're probably in there thinking we've all lost our minds...

~He wasn't sure what to do. He'd never once thought that Mab would have wanted him. And the fact that she wanted them both, it gave him a chill. What would Areyn say about that? After all, they had a girl with them. It was something he's not ever even considered and he already was feeling a bit guilty for it. It would be using Mab to get a means to an end. He didn't think that was very fair of him.~

~He moved to the other side of Mab and pulled her along back to the house. He opened the door to let her inside and then Saint, looking at the boy with an arched brow as if to say "YOU will help me with this." Then he came in following them. A smile, though slightly forced, played over his lips.~

~Cris had as always fallen into those kisses that David so willingly gave. He moved to the table and sat down, helping pass all the food around.~

Looks good Han... Yeah.. I talked to the Twins while you were shopping... they are... interesting for sure...

~But then the three returned and he smiled. They seemed to have worked out whatever was going on between them or more to the point, they were or seemed to have let it go to return to the dinner. He could still feel the tension between the brothers, but hell if he was going to get involved. Slipping down a seat, he offered a chair for one of them.~



~Ezra sat next to Hannah and was suddenly very happy Sera was trying to break the silence. He nodded a little as she spoke.~

The Twins? I don't think I've met them?

~His brow furrowed. He was interested in what these other wolves had to offer. But then Winter, Saint and Mab returned and he smiled some. He watched to make sure things were okay between the three.~

-Mab was surprised she hadn't been hit, and well shocked that Winter looked so shocked. She was beginning to wonder why she even tried with boys, maybe they had the right of it, maybe she should look into her own gender. Then Saint was coming up behind her, and speaking and her brows furrowed at him. He didn't get it, it had went straight over him. She sighed a little bit at both of them, then nodded, smiling a little.-

It'd be a shame to let all that food go to waste.

-She felt strangely more awkward now than she had before, but at least this situation she didn't feel like the bad guy. Not like she felt that Winter and Saint were, but she had thrown some things out there, and well, they didn't have time to really resolve them. She wondered if they ever would be. Once they walked into the kitchen, she took a deep inhale of dinner.-

Wow, that smells great.

-She took a chair, not even caring who she ended up beside, giving everyone an apologetic smile as she began putting food in her plate.-



-Donovan was quiet as usual, the more people around the more closed up her got. As Sera started talking he looked over at her frowning a bit about the Twins. He had seen them, but he hadn't spoken to them. They creeped him out really, but Sera seemed fond of them. He eating, slower than usual, actually trying to taste the food Hannah cooked, and didn't join in the conversation. His eyes moved to the three as they returned. He felt weird for not trusting them, because of their youth, but Donovan had a hard time trusting anybody. All three could feel his eyes on them, as if scrutinizing them.-



I haven't met them either! What are they like?

-Hannah asked her question as the three were returning from outside, she stood when they came back in out of some strange manner of habit. She was smiling broad, happy that they had come back.-

Don't worry about it, sit down, dig in and enjoy. We were just tlking about the Twins I think? Seems some of us have met them and some of us haven't.

-She sat back down, and it was obvious she was pleased that Mab had come back. She wanted all of them to have a good time, the way they dressed, and just the way they looked made her worried for them in general. Especially Mab with her scarred up body. She wanted to show them a good night of teenage fun.-

Have you guys played Rock Band before?

-She was of course talking to Winter, Mab and Saint, knowing the answer for everyone else. She wanted to involve them in the conversation as well. As much as she liked David, sometimes she thought he had too much of his share of the spotlight.-
