No ... here ... he should be here ...
-The wolf spoke softly, lost, frowning softly like a puppy. He seemed confused as he stared down in the brightly colored pool of poison. He dug his claws within swishing about slowly, his skin scalded, blisters appearing, before disappearing as he healed and re-healed the wounds. Azazel had stood beside his brother trying to convince him to come home but the younger wolf seemed unwilling to move. It was strange. Az had always been able to convince him to come home. No matter what state he was in, how deep he was in his haze, he could be brought out of it by Az. This time it seemed not to be. Enver stayed close to Hayden shivering as he glanced about-
I don't like this place ...
-He glanced at Comet. Fenris moved about them in a fit of confusion as if following a path only he could see. He glanced at Comet seeing the dagger at his side pointing at it ... -
That's mine! Did you steal it?!
-He snarled snapping his jaw before stopping himself ... -
No ... I gave it to you ... I remember ...
-He smiled and patted Comet on the head ... -
You're a good pup ... you have mother's eyes ...
-He wandered off again and Az would take note of the dagger then and remember Fenris had fashioned it when he was just a pup himself. Strange it should turn up now, and why it give to Comet? Who knew. The ragabash walked on back to the pool murmuring softly ... -
The shadows come to dance to dance ... to stay to stay ... the shadows come ...
-A deeper voice growled over Azazel ... -
I'll look after him ...
-The metis walked slowly behind him. He glanced about the pit ... -
Grows dangerous the darker it gets and don't ask me how any of us KNOW how dark it is, but we know it, even those of us with just one eye. No place for the younger ones in your pack ... Fenris has friends here. He's been down here often enough ... we only get this side of him. You get the other side.
-The older wolf smirked. The ragabash did have his foot in two worlds it seemed and he'd always come home safe. Still. Az had always been able to convince him to come home. Fenris held a deep love for him for but now he seemed intent on staying. He stayed by the pool digging his claw in deeper seemed ignorant of the pain taking pools of it in his palm and washing it down his body leaving strips of scarred flesh that would heal slowly. He shook his head softly snapping his jaw at the fomori that came in closer to him picking a fight with the addled wolf who ran after them before growing bored and returning to the pool-
