-A few days had passed awkwardly between Kismet and Blaze. Neither one wanted to really talk about the coming celebration. Kismet was the oldest of the harling even though he actually looked like one of the youngest. His celebration was coming first, fast approaching in a few months, and invitations had been sent out. The Dragons and the Deadmen and even a few Nagah were arriving to see the harling and to meet. It was supposed to be a celebration of sorts of the harling himself and of har culture in general. The first group had arrived. Deadmen. Friends of Zillah and Nails and Scout's. The sounds below of the har getting drunk and the general celebration of still being alive. News from the outside was brought in. Kismet had endured being the center of attention for as long as he could stand it before he'd bolted ... - -Blaze would know where he was. He was sitting up on the roof with a smoke he'd stolen from Zev. The cigarettes made his nose wrinkle but he liked stealing a little something from all the big ones. Now he was staring up at the night sky listening to the rukus down below. When Blaze would approach Kissy would look up with those big blue eyes before staring off again ... - Weird ... they are all here for me ... for us I guess ... -He waited for Blaze to sit down as he offered the smoke to share letting the silence grow between them before he went on ... - I'm not gonna ask Rebel ... or anyone here ... -He said it matter of fact but he didn't look at Blaze ... - It's just like a right of passage ya know. It won't mean nothing ... -He glanced at Blaze before looking on hoping the boy knew what he was trying to say. He wasn't sure what their relationship was gonna be. For now Blaze was human and all it could be was what it was. Best friends. But Kissy was trying to tell him he wasn't going to replace him with some har. No one was gonna take his place. Not for a long time. Course. He couldn't help the fact part of him was starting to eye the other har that were coming with curiousity. He couldn't help being attracted to them. Wanting to know what was coming but he understood that was a bit hard for Blaze. He knew he couldn't talk about it with him. For the first time the fact Blaze was human seperated them as it never had before and Kismet didn't know how to fix it. He took back the smoke taking a hit from it waiting to see what Blaze would say ... -

~They were looking for Kissy and Blaze knew just were to find him. So when Sin asked him to go find him, he nodded, though he was reluctant to do so. He crept up to the attic and onto the rooftop. He knew exactly where the har was, exactly where to find him. He crept in and sat down next to Kissy. He shrugged some when the har spoke, taking the cigarette.~
They are here for you... and the other harlings.
~He took a long drag off the smoke and let it out in rings as he leaned back. He was staring up at the sky and then Kissy spoke about Rebel and the others. He looked over at him, those big green eyes like saucers in the moonlight. He didn't say anything, what in the hell was he going to say. It wasn't fair of him to tell Kissy whom to be with. But it was hard now to just let it go. He wanted to be with Kissy badly, he couldn't help it. After that kiss everything was different, even if everyone was trying to tell him it wasn't.~
But it does, Kis... it means everything....
~He sighed and then he stood up slowly.~
They want you back downstairs. They want to see you.
~He stared down at Kissy and his head cocked for a moment. They were in their own world up here. He sighed and reached out, tugging Kissy up with him. He seemed like he was about to let go, to turn away but then he pulled Kissy to him and hugged him tightly.~
It's okay, Kis... I'll get over it. Just.... don't be mad with me.
~Blaze felt like some how Kis was mad, that in the end he'd loose this har and all the others. By the time he was changed, they'd all be in their own lives, with their own har and he'd be alone. He couldn't stand the thought of loosing Kissy. It was to hard. But it was just as hard to think of him being with some one else.~

-Kismet nodded slowly as he took the cigarette back staring out at the pretty city before them. He knew it was their oasis and part of him couldn't imagine leaving and another part wanted to see the outside world. What did a human city look like? What did war look like? All the har and humans that came had stories but he had been born here. Even Blaze could remember the other city, New Orleans, and could tell him hazy bits and pieces of what he could remember. When Blaze spoke Kismet frowned softly as he glanced up before gazing away. What could he say? It felt like he was betraying Blaze but he was between a rock and a hard place ... -
Ok ...
-He spoke a bit quietly unsure of what to say and he knew he couldn't say nothing. Nothing that make it better. When he was pulled in he made a little noise of surprise before he hugged Blaze back tightly nuzzling into him a little bit missing how once he could touch him whenever he wanted and there was no awkwardness-
I could never be mad at you ... stupid ...
-He smiled a touch before it faded as he pulled back staring up at Blaze brushing the hair from his face before he brushed the soft hair from his face ... -
Nothing is ever gonna pull us apart. No matter what ... whatever our souls are made of ours are made out of the same thing ya know ...
-He knew the boy felt left behind and he hated that. He couldn't imagine his world without Blaze in it. He'd felt attached to this har since he'd been born. He knew they were meant to be close. He just didn't know how close. Part of him was drawn to some of the other har and a part of him felt like he'd betray Blaze if he choose someone. For now he had to let it go. He smiled after a moment gripping his hand as he tugged Blaze behind him ... -
