~Colt stood out on the balcony, his head cocked to one side and then leaning on his hands, he looked over the edge before looking back at Corbin.~
Where the fuck is the snow?
~The weather was starting to warm up around them, the snow slowly starting to melt. The wolf turned to face the coyote with a slight smile. Leaning back on the railing, the smile turned a little darker.~
So... I'm not sure I can live up to what these vampires have to offer... I mean look at this damn place?
~His brow arched. But he knew that on some level he couldn't compete but he also knew that Ciaran hadn't been the one to pay for this place. He also knew that Corbin loved him, and that the vampire had been nothing but a distraction. But he couldn't deny the fact that he was a bit jealous of that. He wanted badly for Corbin to be pining for him the way he'd been pining for Corbin.~
~Hawk walked through the house, stopping only when he saw Ash standing out on the front porch staring out. The coyote watched the wolf for a moment before he stepped outside, lighting a smoke and crossing his arms as he stared out for a moment. He had a feeling the younger wolf was watching and waiting for Noah to come out of the tree line.~
You understand that they are different, right? I mean... from Em, Jules and the others here... they are really old... it's different than some of the younger vampires.
~Hawk knew the younger wouldn't want to hear that. He waited for a moment for the response before he moved in closer.~
He'll be expected to give us a wide birth for a while. I don't think Tanya or the others were really happy that he and his brother came to help us. Though they were free to go of their own accord, it's different, vampires. They have all these silent rules and such.
~He wondered if the younger wolf would even listen to him or take his advice.~
There is nothing going on, David...
~Noah sighed in exasperation as his brother drilled him. David sighed in annoyance, but hadn't moved from the window were he was standing staring out in the direction of the house.~
Don't sigh like that brother...
~Noah moved towards David who turned to look at his younger brother.~
Don't fuck with that wolf anymore then, brother.... it's dangerous.
~They'd only been back for a day, or less. And even so, David knew his brother was already lost to the little wolf. There was something that ate at David, chewing and gnawing at him. His hand lifted, cupping Noah's chin as he stared at his brother.~
You aren't.... you haven't drank from him, have you?
~Noah jerked his head from his brother with annoyance.~

~He turned and walked out of the room and then out of the house. His intentions were to go hunting, but all he wanted to hunt was that little wolf. He wanted Ash under him, writhing with pleasure and pain. It was a dark thought, the blood and want. And everyone was so worried and anxious. He'd no intention of killing the young wolf. No, he wanted to keep that boy alive for a very long time. Stepping out into the woods, he began to move with that vampiric speed towards where the pack was. He wondered if he'd be able to pull Ash away from them for a little bit.~
I would like to go see Tanya for a bit....
~Jules was sitting on the counter in the kitchen, Ren at the stove cooking. Em stood beside him, leaning against the counter. Jules nudged Em.~

~Jules knew that Em was interested in the Denali vampires. He couldn't deny he was as well. There was something almost saint like about them. But Jules could see an underlying tension, a viciousness that all vampires seemed to have. They were all vindictive creatures, even himself. It was hard to find a vampire whom was truly good. But for now, the Denali had given them a sanctuary and they needed that. One were they could forge their own way.~
