~There was something charming about Savannah and the South, the heat, the eccentric people, the food and the slurred slow southern drawl that rolled from their lips and murmured like a breeze around the squares. With in the first few days of being there, Luc's grandmother, an elderly witch with all the southern charm and grace of Scarlett O'Hara, threw a big ole party. It was less formal then anything from England and definitely more intimate. Sasha and Dorian were a hit, just as Caedan had been. Every Witch and Wizard there seemed enchanted by them. Especially Sasha, who always shined in these social settings.~ ~But Luc and those who knew why they were there managed to keep that reason silenced, which was all for the better. Sasha and Dorian were hardly separated during all this, as if they idea of being apart was to much for either of them. Maybe it was that Dorian was trying to protect Sasha, or maybe they just didn't' want to be alone since they had been apart for so long. Or maybe they both knew that they couldn't hide forever and that fact would eventually rip them apart. Whatever the reason, since they'd been in Savannah, the two had been inseparable.~ Thanks, Cae... I appreciate you leavin' them alone.... ~Luc's growl rolled up Caedan's back as he slipped up next to the dark creature. Fingers toyed up Cae's spine as Luc leaned in closer. That dark smile played over Luc's lips. He really had to hand it to Caedan who'd managed to keep everything civil, if not almost friendly. Getting away from England and Hogwart's and everything that was their past was the best thing that had happened to them, least that's what Luc thought.~ ~As the party moved on Caedan would find Sasha alone on the porch. Staring at the darkened tree covered park, for once Caedan saw the old Sasha. That cool creature that could cut down a fellow Wizard with but a glance. He was taking a long steady drag off the smoke that hung between his finger tips. The light from the house shown off his lithe frame. There was something odd about Sasha and as Caedan watched he'd notice that Sasha seemed to be shaking a little. His hands were slightly twitchy. He turned slowly to look at Caedan, those blue eyes flashing, a finely arched brow rose to almost question the volatile creature before him. Turning, Sasha looked into the window to watch Luc and Dorian who were both laughing and talking.~ Do you ever think that if if weren't for the two of us, they'd be together?

-Caedan had just smirked a little into Luc's little praise, he arched into the touch though, and growled slightly. Luc didn't understand the beast inside of Cae, he didn't know of the rotten tree this apple had rolled off of, Cae was thankful he hadn't asked, but now it might also be their downfall. Nothing could cure that darkness inside of Cae, this good behavior was costing the little demon much. Cae left the party slowly, grabbing a bottle of old rum the old witch hid away, it was stronger, and sweeter. He was drinking to ease his restless mind, thought of Nix were passing through them and he knew it was unhealthy, for him most of all. He didn't know, maybe his heart desired his own destruction. As he slipped out into the warm night he leaned against the cool brick wall taking a swig of the bottle ... his eyes flashed on those cold blue orbs ... -
You ever thing they should be?
-His brow arched as he gazed back inside. He wondered in the end how long Sasha and Dorian would last. Not long, the family would find them and kill them both, or manage to lock them back up in Azkaban, this time for good. How long would he and Luc last? Eventually, Cae would have to find distraction, a creature to torment and destroy, to devour, like he had Nix, would Luc be pissed? Would he forgive him a second time. The flicked of light cast dark shadows on Caedan's face as he light a cigarette and inhaled deeply ... -
I mean, eventually your family is going to kill Dorian, or toss him back in that place, you as well ... you ever feel any guilt about dragging him down like this ... the golden boy ...
-Caedan half smirked a little bit but it was cold ... -
... than again ... I thought you'd be the first to kill .. and here Dorian outdid us both and took a life. What was his name ... hmm .. can't remember it ...
-He shrugged cool but there was an aggression in ever word as if Cae was almost picking a fight. He'd been calm so far, for the past two weeks, it had been nice being here, but now he seemed irritated by something. His fingers played across his abdomen, scratching iddly across the visible stretch of muscles and revealing a bit of that tattoo Sasha had once seen, Cerberus, the three headed demon dog ... he gazed away from Sasha and out somewhere, deep into the dark recess ... -
What made you fall for him? He doesn't have the darkness you do ... doesn't it ... irritate you?

~The aggression washed over Sasha like cold icy water. He felt a chill creep up his spine and for a moment memories danced into his head. Images of Caedan and Nix torturing him. He wasn't watching Caedan, no, he was staring in at Dorian and Luc and knowing in his heart that what Caedan said was true. He shrugged though, slowly turning those cold blue eyes on the dark creature before him. ~ Dorian's not the golden boy... Oakes is... and you are the one that started that corruption, not me, and not Dorian. ~Sasha knew on some level it was dangerous to talk about Oakes. He knew that the Ravenclaw was probably the only weak point in Caedan's life. But he didn't seem so willing to back down, not just yet. Maybe in some ways Sasha was way more like Caedan than he wished to admit. He had that need for darkness, that need to push buttons and twist the knife a little.~ But I suppose we all can't be as perfect as Oakes.... truthfully, it surprised me how easily he was able to control you, Caedan.... I mean... I was sure that you were much more Nix's type... or vice versa... that was hard for you to walk away from Nix wasn't it? That night? It took all you had.... Luc doesn't have that seething insanity that you saw in Nix... it's driving you a bit crazy... isn't it? ~So maybe he was pushing things to far, but if Caedan drew closer, he'd see there was something dangerous in those blue eyes, something that suggested Sasha wasn't exactly himself. There was a slight underlying tension, like he was drawn tight like a arrow in a bow and was ready to bite. He needed the release. He'd been so good and like Caedan, Sasha could only be that way for so long. It didn't help that he'd quite those drugs cold turkey and it was catching up to him. That want and need to be lost in some other world where none of this mattered. Deep in those blue eyes, Caedan could see that Sasha was wanting something and maybe picking a fight was the only way to get it.~ Maybe you should leave Luc and find Nix? Since as you said... it irritates you..... ~The last words were biting and probably the thing that was surely going to push Caedan right over the edge. Sasha was starting a war and he knew it. He knew this was a deadly game between vipers. Now it was just a matter of which snake would win and still keep their currant lover at bay. Sasha couldn't help the smirk that crept to his lips as he waited for Caedan to do something.~

-It was a beautiful dark night, warm, but somehow fitting, and the trickle of sweat sliding down Caedan's spine felt good, the kind of warmth after sex. The air was thick almost, with the rich perfume of the flowers the chocked the garden in the same way Caedan wished to choke Sasha. He knew Luc would punish him if stepped over the line once more, Dorian might even try to kill him, and though he wasn't truly afraid of the Griffendor he knew the love that burned between the two and Dorian would kill any creature that would harm Sasha ... he'd proven that, hadn't he?-
Getting a bit irritated yourself, aren't you Sasha?
-Caedan moved in closer, he placed his hands down on the arm of the chair, licking his lips as he pushed Sasha back slowly and leaned in closer in a way that could almost be mistaken as the approach of a lover, but what existed between the two was something altogether different but just as close. He reached out and brushed a loose dark strand of hair of hair as he spoke ... -
You're just begging for a fight with me? An excuse to lash out ... but we've danced before and you landed on your ass ... don't forget I was the one that kept Nix away from you ... I was the one that saved your pathetic little soul ...
-He growled low against Sasha's ear .. or was it a purr ... -
You forget easily ...
-The talk of Nix had been dangerous, maybe too far, and Sasha just felt that maybe he shouldn't have pushed Caedan. His grip on Sasha's hair tightened suddenly and Sasah felt light headed all of a sudden, thought that was because he'd suddenly hit the ground, his head smacked it hard. Caedan growled as he crouched next to him digging his fingers deep in his neck ... -
It's too out in the open ... how about a more intimate place ...
-He grabed sasha but the back of the shirt and began dragggin him slowly. Dorian's back was turned to them and the darkness was cloaking them anyway, did he feel it? Did his instinct tell him something was wrong. It would soon wouldn't it, Sasha knew it, and when he found Caedan and Sasha together his rage might boil over and he might kill Caedan as well. Azkaban would be his tomb for good this time ... should he have tested Caedan? Should they have even come to this blasted place but somehow both of them knew their time together wouldn't last forever .. didn't they?-
